From our founding in Singapore in 2005, to embracing Agile in 2014, and continuously iterating and growing ever since, we’ve always believed: Culture isn’t written. It’s built through practice, time and again. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we’ve woven our six core values into everyday life: worn on our clothes, stuck on our laptops, played through board games, becoming part of every Titaner’s daily experience!
Titansoft began its journey twenty years ago, and a decade later, we transformed the way we work by adopting Agile. Along the way, we learnt that progress isn’t just about knowledge, but how we have learned to move forward amid uncertainty and, through each attempt, built the capability to face the next challenge. Three years ago, we published the book A Roaming Whale’s Tale, as a way to pass on our culture and share experiences, continuing our belief in learning and growth.
This year, we transformed our six core values into six anniversary gifts. From everyday wear like caps and jackets, to chat stickers in our messaging apps, stickers on laptops, a board game to play with teammates, and even a comforting Mini Tica to keep close.
These gifts are more than just 20th anniversary souvenirs. They’ve become practical companions for Titaners in their day-to-day work.

Tica is Titansoft’s mascot. The orca represents both the ability to fight independently and to collaborate as a team, symbolizing the expectations we have for every Titaner. Thus, Tica isn’t just a cute character, it’s a personification of our culture and values.
But values aren’t meant to be put on display, they’re meant to guide our decisions. So the next time you’re unsure which direction to take, pull out this Mini Tica. Maybe it’ll spark new ideas, inspire creative thinking, and help you make a more value-driven decision.
“What Is Tica Doing?” Telegram Stickers | Practical, If It’s Useful, It Matters
This wasn’t our first time creating Telegram stickers. Our first set, “Tica Daily”, leaned heavily into playful humor. While it was cute and timely, it wasn’t the most practical for everyday use.
That’s why our second set, “What Is Tica Doing?”, had a very simple goal: to be useful.
We wanted the stickers to be more than just fun, they needed to fit naturally into both everyday life and work. Because at the end of the day, if it’s useful, it matters. If it’s not, it doesn’t.
“Titaner Catchphrases” Stickers | Transparency, Say It Like You Mean It
This sticker set captures phrases commonly heard among Titaners.
They aren’t carefully crafted slogans, but words that grew out of real conversations. These phrases are repeated because people feel safe to speak up, are willing to say them, and trust that their voices will be heard.
Turning these catchphrases into laptop stickers, a favourite among software developers, serves both as a record and a reminder:
