Alice proudly calls herself a multi-hyphenate. Before joining Titansoft as a software developer, she worked across several industries, from food retail to marketing and packaging design. The daily grind eventually became overwhelming, leading her to rethink her future. Remembering her university studies in multimedia design and her passion for aesthetics, she took the leap to earn a beauty certification and started her own nail studio.
Though she successfully pivoted, she soon realized that price-cutting competition made it hard to maintain quality. Long hours to accommodate working clients, sometimes until midnight, further strained the business. So she gave herself permission to try again.

While many are taught to stay in stable jobs until retirement, Alice chose to chase a life she truly wanted, and that path led her to Titansoft.
Tackling Code and Embracing Business Thinking
Alice’s university major included web design, so she was already familiar with design tools and front-end principles. Though she hadn’t done much actual coding, she had a Software Developer husband to consult and a natural interest in logic and math, which helped her cross over into the expertise without major challenges.
Her past experience working directly with clients honed her communication skills. Running her own studio also taught her marketing, finance, and resource management, giving her a well-rounded business mindset that now broadens her career prospects as a developer.
