The idea of a T.alking Stick is inspired by Native American wisdom:
- The T.alking Stick symbolises the right to speak, exclusively held by the person in possession of the stick, while others must maintain silence.
- To acquire the right to speak, one must actively listen to the individual holding the T.alking Stick and accurately restate their viewpoint.
- Only when the holder of the T.alking Stick believes that you fully understand their perspective, will they pass on the stick.
- The next person holding the T.alking Stick continues to express their own views, following the above steps until everyone comprehends and shares their opinions.

The Orca is the mascot of Titansoft. His name is Tica, combining the words Titansoft and Orca. The Orca is both independent and a team player, with a strong sense of curiosity and learning — just like the Titaners: a team player who values teamwork over individual heroism, and continues to improve (#NeverStopImproving)!

The eagle’s feather symbolises the freedom of speech that comes with this sacred power, the freedom to soar high with wings and take control of your destiny. The sapphire is a gemstone of spiritual power and significance, representing truth and wisdom, allowing us to have the independence to think and the empathy to listen. This wisdom allows us to appreciate the diversity of our perspectives and to listen to each other’s voices.
Rainbow
The rainbow is a symbol of peace, unity and diversity, and a bridge that connects us to each other. With freedom of expression, we should maintain our independence of thought while building the rainbow bridge of empathy and listening. By respecting the diversity of voices, we can create an environment that embraces all voices and communicates harmoniously.
Shell
A shell is strong, quietly protecting the pearls inside it, all of which hold a unique value. In the freedom of expression, let us respect each other, listen to each other with empathy, and let our thoughts weave together in a beautiful way. Glass Sphere
The transparency and reflection of light on the glass sphere symbolises wisdom, clear thinking and insight.
